Patron has his early music inspiration from vocal jazz, swing, blues and the seattle rock scene. “Two chords and the truth”, follows him even today while writing his songs on a acoustic guitar.
He listens to a wide range of stuff that mostly includes rock, country, vocal jazz, swing and classical music.
The main interest for Patron is not the genre, but finding the sound and instrument that elevates his lyrics and the story and mood of the song. The themes in his writing usually circles around different aspects of life. Stories that has an inner and outer journey.
In 2019 he had his first song on the big screen in the international feature film Viking Blood.
He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two boys.
